How do I determine the correct strap size for my watch?
To find your size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch case in millimeters. Standard sizes typically range from 18mm to 24mm. You can also check the underside of your current strap for a size engraving.
What materials are used in HirschStraps products?
We use premium materials including genuine Italian leather, high-grade caoutchouc rubber, and sustainable vegan alternatives. All our leathers are sourced from certified tanneries and are treated to be skin-friendly.
Are your watch straps water-resistant?
Many of our straps, particularly those in the Performance and Rubber collections, are water-resistant up to 300m. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure for our 100% natural leather fashion straps.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do your straps come with a warranty?
Yes, all HirschStraps products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear and tear.
